- We carefully and regularly monitor comparable properties in the area to ensure we have competitive pricing.
- Culburra Beach draws visitors from two major markets - Sydney and Canberra - and from the Central to the South Coast of NSW. A dozen or more wedding venues are also located in this extraordinarily beautiful riverine landscape. Nowra, the closest regional hub , home to HMAS Albatross (Royal Australian Naval Air Station), is just 20 minutes drive away.
- For the bargain hunter, plan your holiday for the off-season, mid-week, and/or stay for a week.
- Priced from $175 nightly to $650 nightly, depending on the season and length of stay.

- Two-night minimum most of the year
- Three-night minimum during school holidays except Christmas and Easter Holidays.
- Four-night minimum during Christmas School Holiday through Australia Day and during April School Holiday.

- Check in: after 3 PM
- Check out and departure: at or before 10 AM
- Thank you for departing at or before 10 AM unless you have requested and received confirmation of a more leisurely midday departure via Air BnB.
- Early check-in or late check-out are not available during school holidays.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Occupancy is limited to stated capacity and guests registered unless previously arranged via Air BnB.
- No parties, tents, camping, caravans, swags, fires, or fireworks.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Audible noise outside the property is prohibited by Shoalhaven Council from midnight to 8 AM Friday, Saturday & public holidays, and 10 PM to 8 AM all other days.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- Arches Culburra is a glitter-free property. Inevitably micro-plastics make their way to the sea, and there harm wildlife. Join us in taking one tiny step to help our environment.
- Damage to the property or contents will incur a replacement, deep cleaning or repair fee.
- Violations of the House Rules may incur a request to leave the property.
- By making a deposit, guests agree to adhere to NSW Guest Code of Conduct.

- We do not supply equipment or toys for young children, unfortunately, due to liability.
